Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Channel-Marketing Manager to lead and execute joint marketing activities with key retail partners in Nordics including Elkjop, Power, Komplett group and other major channels.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in retail marketing, campaign execution, trade marketing, and partner management. This role is responsible for driving channel-marketing promotions, ensuring alignment with media plans, managing budgets, coordinating with internal design teams, and monitoring competitor activities to deliver actionable market insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel-Marketing & Retail Partnership Management
- Lead and manage channel-marketing activities with key retail partners in Nordics
- Develop strong relationships with channel partners.
- Plan and execute joint promotional campaigns to drive brand visibility and sales performance.
- Coordinate marketing calendars and align partner promotions with company objectives.
Media Planning & Campaign Execution
- Follow and manage the approved media plan to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Coordinate online and offline marketing activities including digital, social media, in-store branding, leaflet promotions, CRM campaigns, and retail activations.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with the design and creative teams to ensure all KV (Key Visuals), promotional materials, and campaign assets are aligned with branding guidelines and promotion objectives.
- Coordinate with KAM, GTM, and regional marketing teams for smooth campaign implementation.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed within timelines.
Market & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor competitors’ marketing activities, pricing strategies, promotions, and retail movements.
- Provide regular market insights, trend analysis, and actionable recommendations to management.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and market competitiveness.
Budget Management
- Manage channel-marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Track spending and ensure campaigns are delivered within approved budgets.
- Prepare budget reports and ROI analysis for management review.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and partner reviews.
- Analyze sell-out performance and marketing effectiveness.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve future marketing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, retail marketing, or co-marketing roles.
- Experience working with major electronics or retail channels in Nordics is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of media planning and campaign execution.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in competitor analysis and market insights.
- Experience managing marketing budgets.
- Fluent in English is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
