We are now looking for a Campaign Manager to join our Customer Growth team. This is a newly created role at Rugvista, offering the opportunity to shape how we work with commercial campaigns. It’s a hands-on, operational and tactical position at the centre of our campaign process, combining coordination with strong commercial and market understanding and channel execution.
About The Role
You will own the end-to-end operational execution of our commercial campaign plan, translating seasonal commercial direction into coordinated and locally relevant campaigns across our markets and channels.
You will take ownership from the seasonal handover onwards, connecting Commercial, Creative and channel teams and making sure everyone is aligned on what needs to happen, by when and by whom.
Beyond keeping campaigns on track, you will bring a strong commercial and local market perspective. Using market and performance insights, you will identify opportunities to adapt campaign timing, offers, products and messaging to increase relevance and commercial impact across markets.
What You’ll Do
- Own the campaign process end-to-end from seasonal handover through activation and follow-up, ensuring campaigns are delivered smoothly, accurately and on time.
- Own campaign briefs, meetings and timelines, ensuring all required creative assets, copy, formats and localisations are briefed, followed up and ready for activation.
- Coordinate across Commercial, Creative and channel teams, creating clarity around responsibilities, dependencies and deliverables and proactively addressing blockers.
- Drive commercial localisation across markets, using market and performance insights to recommend tactical adaptations to timing, offers and promotional codes, product focus and messaging across newness, seasonal and sales campaigns.
- Support hands-on campaign activation, including homepage and CMS updates in WordPress in line with the commercial and communication plan.
- Follow up campaign performance and continuously improve execution, turning learnings into practical improvements for future campaigns and ways of working.
What You’ll Bring
You bring 3–5 years of experience in campaign management, ecommerce, commercial marketing or a similar role, ideally within a multi-market retail or ecommerce environment.
You are highly structured and proactive, with a strong commercial mindset. You are comfortable working with performance and market data, translating insights into practical recommendations and recognising when the same campaign needs to work differently across markets.
You are confident coordinating multiple stakeholders and comfortable taking ownership, creating clarity and following up when things risk falling behind. At the same time, you enjoy being hands-on and jumping into execution when needed.
