Hive5 is a European investment platform built for investors looking for a simple and accessible way to invest in loans across different markets.
Our investor community spans Europe, and partnerships play an important role in how we reach new audiences, build trust, and grow the platform.
We are now looking for an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager who can expand this channel, develop strong relationships with relevant partners, and turn new opportunities into measurable business results.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will take ownership of Hive5’s affiliate and partnership activities across European markets — identifying new opportunities, approaching potential partners, negotiating commercial terms, launching campaigns, and continuously improving performance.
You will work with finance and investment publishers, bloggers, YouTubers, comparison platforms, newsletters, affiliate networks, and other relevant partners.
The role comes with significant independence: you will work closely with the CMO on priorities and direction, while having the freedom to build the pipeline, develop partnerships, and drive results.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Identify and approach relevant affiliate and content partners across European markets, including publishers, bloggers, YouTubers, comparison websites, newsletters, and affiliate networks.
- Build and manage the partner pipeline from initial outreach and negotiation through to campaign launch and ongoing cooperation.
- Develop personalised outreach and build long-term relationships with new and existing partners.
- Negotiate CPA, revenue-share, hybrid, and fixed-fee partnership models.
- Prepare campaign briefs and coordinate partner content, including articles, videos, newsletters, and other formats.
- Review partner content to ensure product information, campaign conditions, links, and brand messaging are accurate.
- Manage existing affiliate networks and identify new opportunities in priority European markets.
- Monitor partner and campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations on where to scale, optimise, or stop investment.
- Manage affiliate budgets and contribute to performance forecasting and market prioritisation.
HOW SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED
Your success will be measured by the commercial impact of the affiliate channel, including:
- Growth in new active and funded investors and investment volume generated through affiliate partners.
- Acquisition and retention of high-quality, performing partners.
- CPA, CAC, campaign ROI, and overall budget efficiency.
- Effective budget management and performance forecasting.
- Quality and accuracy of campaign execution, tracking, and partner content.
- Contribution to market prioritisation and the broader affiliate growth strategy.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, influencer marketing, performance marketing, or a closely related area.
- Previous experience in the fintech industry, ideally within investing, lending, payments, or other financial products.
- Proven experience independently sourcing, negotiating with, and activating affiliate or strategic partners.
- Strong commercial mindset and confidence working with performance data, acquisition metrics, CPA, CAC, and campaign ROI.
- Excellent written and spoken English. Knowledge of additional EU languages would be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, structured, and highly independent approach — you are comfortable taking ownership and driving projects from idea to measurable results.
WHY JOIN HIVE5?
- Real ownership: take responsibility for an important growth channel and shape how it develops.
- Freedom to execute: we value initiative, commercial thinking, and results rather than micromanagement.
- Direct impact: your work will have a visible effect on investor acquisition and company growth.
- International scope: build partnerships and campaigns across multiple European markets.
- Flexible work model: work from our Riga or Vilnius office, hybrid, or remotely.
- Competitive salary: €4,000–€5,500 gross/month, depending on experience.
