We are committed to driving growth through strategic partnerships. We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, data-driven, strategic, and proactive Affiliate Marketing & Partnerships Manager/Senior Specialist to expand and optimize our affiliate network in the online travel sector (OTAs).

Position Summary
The Affiliate Manager / Specialist will be responsible for identifying, developing, onboarding, and managing partnerships with online travel affiliates, including OTAs and travel content platforms. This role will focus on developing strong relationships, optimizing performance, and ensuring mutual growth through data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in affiliate marketing, the travel industry, partnerships, and performance-driven digital marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or business development in the travel industry with exceptional achievements. Must have experience.
Strong understanding of the OTA landscape, including major players and market trends (strong advantage).
Proficiency in affiliate platforms. Experience working with affiliate networks, performance tracking tools, and analytics platforms.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with partners and internal teams.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, analyze performance, optimize campaigns, and drive strategic decision-making. Knowledge of SEO, paid media, and conversion rate optimization for affiliate programs.
A results-driven approach, demonstrating initiative and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Affiliate Partner Acquisition & Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive OTAs affiliate marketing strategy. Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with strategic affiliates to drive revenue growth. Manage and nurture relationships with the OTA partners to optimize revenue and maximize ROI.
Referrals Management: Establish and manage AirAdvisor's client-to-client referral program to promote our services within our clients' networks/connections.
Contract Negotiation & Compliance: Negotiate commission structures and ensure compliance with partnership agreements and industry regulations.
Market Analysis & Competitive Benchmarking: Stay informed of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in affiliate marketing within the travel sector.
Strategic Campaign Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional campaigns, marketing assets, and landing pages to support affiliate success.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Analyze affiliate performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and return on investment while ensuring partners meet agreed-upon KPIs. Manage budgets, commission structures, and incentives to drive partner engagement.
Reporting & Insights: Implement and oversee tracking, reporting, and payout processes for affiliate programs. Provide regular performance reports, key metrics analysis, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Job Type: Agreement on Services / Contrat de prestation de services with the intention of long-term cooperation.
