Our client is looking for a Sr. Manager, TikTok and Affiliate to build and manage two key growth channels across a portfolio of footwear brands: TikTok Shop and affiliate/partnership marketing. This role will transition both channels from agency management to in-house ownership while establishing the platforms, partnerships, and processes needed to drive meaningful revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Own TikTok Shop and affiliate/partnership programs across a portfolio of footwear brands, from platform setup through ongoing optimization.
Lead the transition of both channels from agency management to in-house ownership while ensuring continuity of revenue.
Evaluate and implement an affiliate platform such as Impact, ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, or equivalent.
Manage TikTok Shop's Seller Center and Creator Marketplace.
Recruit, onboard, and activate publishers, bloggers, influencer affiliates, cashback and loyalty partners, and TikTok Shop creators.
Plan and execute livestream shopping events and shoppable video content with brand marketing teams.
Negotiate commission structures, exclusive deals, and seasonal promotional terms with affiliate partners and creators.
Build and maintain a unified promotional calendar across TikTok Shop and affiliate activity.
Monitor affiliate fraud, coupon code leakage, and brand compliance across partner and creator activity.
Ensure FTC and ASA disclosure compliance across affiliate and creator relationships.
Collaborate with the Analytics Manager to ensure accurate attribution across TikTok Shop and affiliate programs while minimizing overlap with paid channels.
Requirements5–7 years of experience in affiliate marketing, TikTok Shop, and/or social commerce, with direct responsibility for program management and partner recruitment.
Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, including Seller Center and Creator Marketplace.
Experience with an affiliate network such as Impact, ShareASale, or CJ Affiliate is required.
Established relationships with fashion, lifestyle, or footwear-adjacent creators, publishers, and affiliate networks.
Experience managing programs through a platform migration or agency transition.
Strong understanding of affiliate and creator attribution, including last-click and multi-touch models and overlap with paid channels.
Familiarity with FTC and ASA disclosure requirements and brand compliance monitoring.
Highly organized with the ability to manage partner and creator communications, promotional calendars, and reporting across multiple brands.
Experience in footwear, fashion, apparel, or lifestyle DTC brands is preferred.
