The Opportunity
The Affiliate Marketing Manager will own the strategy, development, and execution of Dolce Glow’s affiliate marketing programs, with a focus on driving measurable revenue growth, building high-performing creator relationships, and maximizing return on investment.
This role requires someone who understands the intersection of beauty, influencer marketing, performance marketing, and commerce, with the ability to translate partnerships into meaningful business results.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy across DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other relevant channels.
- Identify, recruit, and manage high-performing affiliate partners, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
- Drive affiliate-attributed revenue, customer acquisition, and conversion through strategic partnerships.
- Establish competitive commission structures, incentives, and promotional programs.
- Identify new affiliate platforms and emerging social commerce opportunities.
Creator & Influencer Partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with beauty, lifestyle, and wellness creators.
- Manage creator outreach, product seeding, affiliate onboarding, and ongoing engagement.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team on product launches, seasonal campaigns, and retailer initiatives.
- Develop programs that encourage authentic, high-quality, conversion-driven content.
- Identify opportunities to turn organic brand advocates into long-term revenue-generating partners.
Performance & Analytics
- Own affiliate program KPIs, including attributed revenue, conversion rates, ROI, customer acquisition, and partner productivity.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize partnerships based on measurable results.
- Manage affiliate budgets, commission expenses, and performance reporting.
- Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities to scale profitable growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Brand Marketing, Social Media, E-commerce, and Sales teams to align affiliate initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Support major product launches, promotional calendars, and strategic retail moments.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across affiliate partnerships.
Qualifications
- 4–6+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or performance-driven creator partnerships.
- Experience within beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or prestige consumer brands strongly preferred.
- Proven success building and scaling affiliate programs that deliver measurable revenue.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Amazon Associates, LTK, ShopMy, Impact, and other affiliate platforms.
- Established relationships within the beauty creator and affiliate community.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize ROI.
- Experience managing budgets, commission structures, and creator partnerships.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Location & Work Environment
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in our Valencia, California office. Candidates must be located in the Los Angeles metropolitan area and able to work on-site as required.
