I’m working with a growing international iGaming business that is looking to add an experienced Affiliate Manager to its team in Malta.
This is particularly suited to someone who has worked directly within a crypto casino/operator environment and understands the crypto affiliate space beyond traditional online casino affiliation.
📍 Malta – Hybrid
💰 Up to €57,000 + 20% bonus
🌍 Up to 6 months remote working per year
What they’re looking for:
- Strong hands-on affiliate management experience within crypto casino / iGaming
- Experience working directly for a crypto-focused operator or brand
- Established relationships with crypto affiliates, publishers and traffic partners
- Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare and hybrid commercial models
- Experience negotiating deals, analysing performance and growing affiliate partnerships
- Comfortable working across international and offshore markets
- Canada experience would be a strong advantage
- Commercial, proactive and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
