About the Role
Pupford is looking for an Affiliate & Creator Partnerships Manager to grow our affiliate, creator, and community programs across traditional affiliates, TikTok affiliates, TYB, and Tribe.
This role combines relationship-building with performance marketing. You’ll recruit and support partners, create programs that motivate people to participate, and use results to grow these channels over time. You’ll work closely with Creative, Social, Performance Marketing, E-commerce, and TikTok teams to connect partners with the right products, campaigns, content opportunities, and incentives.
You’ll own the affiliate and community programs day to day and partner with the TikTok Shop team on creator and affiliate activity. This role does not own TikTok Shop operations.
What You’ll OwnAffiliate Program
- Own and grow Pupford’s overall affiliate program.
- Recruit, onboard, activate, and retain affiliates.
- Create strategies to increase affiliate participation, content creation, traffic, and revenue.
- Build relationships with high-performing partners and identify ways to deepen those partnerships.
- Develop commissions, incentives, contests, and campaigns that encourage performance.
- Track results and scale the approaches that are working.
TikTok Affiliates
- Recruit and activate TikTok creators and affiliates.
- Develop strategies to increase creator participation and content volume.
- Identify high-potential creators and build stronger partnerships with top performers.
- Manage creator outreach, product seeding, commissions, incentives, and activation plans.
- Test new approaches to creator recruitment and activation.
- Partner with the TikTok Shop team on creator and affiliate initiatives.
TYB, Tribe, and Community
- Manage Pupford’s TYB and Tribe programs and build active, engaged brand communities.
- Create challenges, rewards, activations, and experiences that encourage participation.
- Connect community programming with product launches, campaigns, and affiliate opportunities.
- Find ways to turn passionate customers into advocates for Pupford.
- Monitor engagement and use feedback and results to improve community programming.
Creator Partnerships
- Build relationships with creators who genuinely align with the Pupford brand.
- Negotiate rates, commissions, deliverables, usage rights, and partnership terms.
- Coordinate gifting, product seeding, and creator activations.
- Identify creators who could grow into longer-term brand partners.
- Maintain clear communication throughout each partnership.
Performance and Growth
- Own reporting across affiliate, creator, and community programs.
- Track performance such as revenue, GMV, conversion, active affiliates, creator activation, content output, CPA, and ROI.
- Use data to guide investment and identify areas to improve.
- Create testing plans for creators, commissions, incentives, offers, and recruitment strategies.
- Share learnings and recommendations with the broader marketing team.
