About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Manager to own and grow Sleepyhead’s affiliate and influencer programs. This person will be responsible for developing partnerships, driving revenue, managing campaigns, and building a scalable creator and affiliate ecosystem across key channels.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience managing affiliate and influencer programs within a high-growth e-commerce environment and is comfortable working across platforms including Impact, Aspire, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Meta.
Key Responsibilities
- Affiliate & Influencer Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to grow Sleepyhead’s affiliate and influencer programs, with a focus on increasing revenue, traffic, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
- Program Management: Own the day-to-day management and growth of affiliate and influencer programs, including recruiting, onboarding, communication, activation, and retention.
- Creator Recruitment: Identify and recruit high-performing influencers, creators, affiliates, and partners who align with the Sleepyhead brand and target customer.
- Partnership Development: Build strong relationships with creators, affiliates, agencies, and other strategic partners to develop long-term, high-performing partnerships.
- Campaign Execution: Plan, launch, and manage influencer and affiliate campaigns across platforms including TikTok Shop, Amazon, Meta, and other social and commerce channels.
- Platform Management: Manage and optimize programs within platforms such as Aspire, Impact, and TikTok Shop ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, payouts, and campaign execution.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor affiliate and influencer performance, identify opportunities for growth, and continuously optimize partnerships based on revenue, ROAS, conversion, engagement, and other key KPIs.
- Reporting & Analytics: Build and maintain regular reporting on program performance, providing clear insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Budget Management: Manage affiliate and influencer budgets, commissions, gifting, and campaign spend to maximize return on investment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, marketing, e-commerce, and operations teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader business and marketing goals.
- Trend & Market Research: Stay up to date on emerging creator, affiliate, social commerce, and influencer marketing trends and identify opportunities for Sleepyhead to expand into new channels and partnerships.
- Program Growth: Continuously identify new opportunities to scale the affiliate and influencer ecosystem and create innovative programs that drive incremental revenue.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or a related field, preferably within an e-commerce or consumer brand.
- Proven track record of growing revenue through affiliate and influencer partnerships.
- Hands-on experience with Aspire and Impact required.
- Experience with Impact or other affiliate marketing platforms.
- Experience with TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Meta influencer/affiliate programs strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of affiliate structures, commission models, tracking, attribution, and performance marketing.
- Experience recruiting, negotiating with, and managing influencers, creators, affiliates, and strategic partners.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate performance data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, partnerships, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Self-starter who can identify opportunities and take ownership without needing constant direction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build and scale a meaningful affiliate and influencer program, not simply manage existing partnerships.
